When the fire dies, so do you. The Last Flame is a top-down wave-survival rogue-lite built around a single idea: keep the campfire burning. Creatures march out of the darkness toward your fire. Shoot them, feed the flame with the wood they drop, and survive long enough to see what the fire becomes. There is no health bar. The fire tells you everything. A healthy flame is bright, warm, and loud — embers flying, logs crackling. A dying one shrinks, dims to red, and goes quiet. You learn to read it the way you'd read a real fire. Watch the color. Listen to the crackle. Feed it before it's too late.
