SPECTER is an experimental visual concept tool that allows Artists, Designers, Directors and Creatives alike to visualize concepts into basic shapes and human forms for storyboarding and concept art. NOTE: This was a prototype, so please be aware that you may encounter "Random" bugs during your experience. This application is not meant as a 3D Modeling tool. It was purely developed as an experimental tool to develop frames for concept art and stills for video production. Nothing more. It's released as is.
