In a world where singing the "rain song" actually makes the rain go away (causing you to accumulate "rain debt"), Billy is kidnapped by Rain Debt HQ to pay back his debt. This is a short narrative-driven experience (about 1 hour long). Play as Billy as he goes through his days at Rain Debt HQ interacting with staff, making new friends, and working to pay back his debt through dodge-survival mini games.
