Orphic - The midnight shift A night watch horror experience Orphic is a psychological horror experience built around anomaly detection and environmental observation. Overview You are assigned a single night shift inside a secluded museum. From 11 PM until dawn, your task is simple: keep everything in order. But order is fragile. Objects shift. Paintings change. Sounds emerge without cause. Your role is to notice what doesn’t belong — before it’s too late. You are not here to escape. You are here to endure the night. Gameplay Orphic is a first-person horror game focused on observation, tension, and routine under pressure. Each night, the museum behaves differently. Each shift lasts a full in-game night (30+ minutes). Events occur unpredictably, requiring constant attention and awareness. When a disturbance manifests, you must: • Locate the source • Use a mysterious artifact to stabilize reality • Maintain focus until the anomaly subsides Mastery requires patience, memory, and sharp attention to detail. Atmosphere & Horror Orphic focuses on slow-building dread rather than constant action. Unpredictable events Psychological pressure Occasional jump scares A persistent sense of being watched Sometimes, danger announces itself. Sometimes, it doesn’t.
