Each one prescribed serves an important purpose and needs the supervision of a nurse to handle administration. We have 150 meds with reasons for each of them. It's important to be vigilant about what meds your patients are taking! Chart Assessments: In the hospital, documentation abounds. There needs to be an assessment for each patient including at least one body system. These systems include: Neurological, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary, Integumentary, Musculoskeletal, and Psychiatric. Handle interactions with the action manager (Above patient), dialogue with the dialogue manager (Press Space), chores with the task manager (Press T), patient data with the data manager (Press Q), and items with the inventory manager (Press E).
