Hire is a medieval fantasy management game about running a small mercenary guild in a world of dangerous contracts, flawed heroes, hard bargains, and bad luck. People come to you with dangerous work. You negotiate the contract, hire the right fighters, equip them, choose the route, and send them into danger. If the deal was bad, the party was wrong, or the road turned ugly, the consequences come back to your office. The biggest hook is negotiation.
