Your brother Jim has missed his communal work shift due to relapsing. You have no choice but to help your brother avoid imprisonment, as this is his last chance before guaranteed prison time. He's audibly mortified - you've got to take care of this. You can only help Jim by completing his shift right away. By doing so, you end up at the mercy of whatever has started haunting you.
