Parasitism is a 2D souls-like action game built around real-time Protocol Switching combat. Players can freely switch between four distinct combat protocols (stances) at any moment during battle. Each protocol features its own attack tempo, stamina economy, defensive options, and risk profile. Combat is based on parry timing, guard precision, and risk–reward decision making. To survive, players must read enemy patterns, choose the correct protocol, and manage tempo and resources throughout the fight.
