A small town has been run by a crime syndicate for a long time. When the local police finally tried to fight back openly, the gang leader took it personally. His answer has to show everyone publicly who's really in charge here. A retired special agent, who's been watching the gang on his own for years, notices the planned attack in time and decides to stand his ground. He is the only thing standing between the criminals and their victims...
