Tilescape Defense is a strategic puzzle-like tower defense where decisions matter. Expand your territory by placing tiles with matching edge features to create a unique landscape on each playthrough. - Expand: Keep expanding your land to find new limited resources. - Manage Resources: Maintain a steady food supply to sustain your defenses and expansion. - Defend: Build defensive forts in strategic places and adapt with swappable weaponry. - Custom paths: Plan and build the path enemies must navigate. In Tilescape Defense tile placement is the center of the gameplay. You're dealt a random hand of tiles to choose from and each selection refreshes the whole hand. If no tiles match your current landscape, expansion comes to a halt, and survival becomes a challenge. Game is intended to be a constant balance between gaining new resources, maintaining food production and building required defenses in order to survive the next wave of enemies.
