How to Play As a fixer, it's your job to pair crews up with jobs. When your crew does well, everyone gets paid and your reputation as a competent fixer grows. With better rep, your clients will offer bigger and more complex jobs. As you move up in the world, your crew will cycle out - retiring either by choice or by chance - and you'll be forced to bring in new blood to keep climbing. By choosing the right people for the job, your odds of success increase - but even if luck isn't on your side and you're heading down to rock bottom; everything can still change.
