Sending another number, like 2244, gives you a different result like 8844. Through experimentation and deduction, you can figure out the rules: in this case, double each digit, then flip the number backwards. Once you figure out the rules, use them to obtain the target. With the rules above, what input would produce 6424? Each rule creates a particular pattern of digits. Seems simple enough, right? But there's a catch: each box has multiple rules! The box takes the result of the first rule and applies a second rule to it. Can you find the patterns and use them to activate the boxes?
